What “Certified” Means Here

It means a moving company has demonstrated alignment with Michael’s craft, client experience, reputation systems, and fair pricing — and keeps that bar.

It is not a franchise. No royalties for the mark. Your company stays yours. The certification is added. Nothing is taken.

Master Movers Certification Clause

The Master Movers designation and the marks “Master Movers Certified” and “Master Movers · Michael APPROVED” are awarded solely under the Master Movers Academy / Angelic Creators Master Movers program (Rev. Michael Paula).

Certification is selective. No company is entitled to the mark by purchase alone. Engagement for training, redesign, content, or operations work begins only after a direct conversation and mutual confirmation of fit. Inquiring is a request for that conversation — not an enrollment, franchise agreement, or guarantee of certification.

The mark certifies that, as of the award date and subject to ongoing standards checks, the company has demonstrated alignment with Michael’s Master Movers Standard (craft & care, client experience, reputation systems, fair pricing, and community trust). The mark may be suspended or withdrawn if standards slip.

This is not a franchise. Certified companies keep their own name, pricing, crew, and ownership. No royalties are required to display the mark. Separate statements of work may apply to redesign, content, training, or operations projects — those terms are discussed only after qualification.
